Shoes and Socks for Sharing and Caring Hands

Michael Lynne’s Tennis Shop would not be in business for 34 years without its thriving and generous community. Part of being an active community member is giving back.

For more than 20 years, Michael Lynne’s has donated shoes and socks to Mary Jo Copeland’s Sharing and Caring Hands in Minneapolis. Sharing and Caring Hands has been helping provide the poor with meals, clothing, showers, shelter, dental care, eyecare and much more.

More than 20,000 people come through the doors of Sharing and Caring Hands every month. Needless to say, it is a beacon of hope for so many, and Michael Lynne’s is proud to serve Mary Jo Copeland’s wonderful organization.

“Mary Jo Copeland embodies the spirit of giving and service,” Michael Lynne said. “What she has done her entire life and with Sharing and Caring Hands is truly inspiring. She is a Saint. It is humbling and heartwarming to have such a great relationship with her and to support Sharing and Caring Hands. We are proud to give and will continue to do so.”

Mary Jo Copeland had this to say about Michael Lynne:

“He's an angel. He's been giving shoes and socks for over 20 years. He's a blessed man and we are better able to serve the many needs of our community because of his generosity.”
