Return Policy
All returns to MLTennis.com must be made within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise will be returned for the current selling price. All sales on Clearance items are final. Items purchased through MLTennis.com can be returned using the enclosed return label or returned in store to Michael Lynne’s Tennis Shop. Please see below for item specific policies. Racquets: Racquets must be returned with the original plastic on the handle and must not have been played with. Racquets with ball fuzz on the strings or with scuff marks on the frame will not be accepted for return. Since MLTennis.com provides stringing free of charge with new racquets, a surcharge for the retail price of the string used in the racquet will be assessed for returned racquets.

Apparel: Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Shoes: Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original shoe box.

Racquet Bags: Racquet Bags must be returned in the original shipping container.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped via UPS. MLTennis.com reserves the right to ship via USPS for small packages and orders going to a PO Box. All orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping with the exception of overweight or large volume packages.

Warranty Information
The manufacturer reserves the right to have sole discretion whether to repair or replace products that are determined by the manufacturer to be covered under warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if product warranty guidelines have not been followed. A sales receipt is required for all warranty returns.

International Ordering
MLTennis.com will ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We cannot process any other international orders at this time.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the state of Minnesota will be assessed a Minnesota State Sales Tax. All other orders will not be assessed a sales tax.

Security Procedures
We consider the protection of all personal information we receive from our Website visitors and customers as critical to our corporate mission. Please be assured that we have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of any personal information we receive from you. As with any transmission over the Internet, however, there is always some element of risk involved in sending personal information.
